To apply for a tuition waiver for English 495--Marxist Theory:

A number of tuition waivers are being made available by the English department, on a competitive basis, to off-campus students in English 495. To apply for a tuition waiver (tuition for the course is $430) please send a letter to the address below indicating your interest in the course and relating something about your background reading in critical theory and Marxism. Also, please have one letter of recommendation sent by a current or former teacher. Although tuition waivers are available, there remains an "outreach" fee of $30 per hour ($90 for the course) that students will be charged for the course.
