About Ian Wojcik-Andrews

Originally from England, Ian Wojcik Andrews is an associate professor in English at Eastern Michigan University where he teaches children's literature and literary theory. His most recent book, Children's Films: Essays in History, Ideology, and Pedagogy, is forthcoming from Garland Press. Other work includes co-authored articles with Professor Jerry Phillips, two special issues of The Lion and the Unicorn on class and children's films, and numerous conference presentations. He will attend the conference armed with several squash rackets, in case anyone is interested.
