Information About What a Good Proposal Does
A good proposal offers a course of action as a solution to a problem.
A good proposal requests permission from someone or some group with relevant authority
A good proposal can be:
- Rejected (by the authority)
- No permission granted for the proposed course of action
- Accepted with qualifications (by the authority)
- Permission granted with strings attached
- Accepted without qualifications (by the authority)
